This website is operated by the Zeph Omweno Foundation (“ZOF”, “we”, “us”), a nonprofit organisation based in Kenya. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is” and make no guarantees that it is complete or error-free. Stories and figures describing our work are provided for information and may be updated as programmes progress.

4. Donations

Where donation options are made available, contributions to the Zeph Omweno Foundation are voluntary and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, non-refundable. We direct donations toward our charitable programmes and general operations. Any payment is processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms; we do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, logos, graphics, photos, and layout — belongs to the Zeph Omweno Foundation or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Photographs of identifiable individuals are published with consent and must not be reused.

The site links to external websites (for example, our partners and social media pages). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
